WHAT WE DO?

OUR VALVE PACKING

We have our own packing worshop and workman to tailored packages according to the product. All of our valves were packing carefully by plywood cases,to avoid damage when transportation by air,by sea,or by courier.

OUR VALVE PACKING

OUR STORAGE

Our warehouse area was more than 2000 square meters with large ex-stock valves including gate valves, globe valves, butterfly valves ,bronze vavles and air vent head,to meet the demand of customer's spot requirement. This make us save the time to prepare order and provide the customer faster delivery.

OUR STORAGE

PRODUCT PROCESSING

We have more than 120 product processing staffs, including 24 senior engineers&12 R&D engineers,Moreover,We have well-working machining equipments and inpsection equipments for vavles. That make sure we could processing the high-quality valves.

ABB to provide Onboard DC Grid for new hybrid windfarm SOV

ABB is set to supply its Onboard DC Grid power distribution system for installation on-board a new hybrid windfarm service operation vessel (SOV), which will be owned by Louis Dreyfus Armateurs.

ABB's power and energy management system (PEMS) will form an integral part of the power solution and is expected to ensure the vessel operates safely and efficiently.

It will also facilitate the integration of two sets of batteries, which will primarily be used for spinning reserve and peak shaving.

ABB Marine and Ports Business managing director Juha Koskela said: “Shipping is waking up to the many advantages of energy storage.

“With the industry starting to use batteries more and more, and fuel cells becoming a viable option, we fully expect the Onboard DC Grid to gain further traction.”

ABB notes that its Onboard DC Grid offers various long-term benefits to ships' engines by increasing efficiency through higher engine loads and reducing overall running hours.

The integrated PEMS is designed to control the entire onboard power system, which allows the generators to run at variable speeds and optimise battery charging rates.

Unlike traditional AC systems, the PEMS does not require generators to run at fixed maximum speed, irrespective of the power demand on-board.

The ABB system is also expected to reduce the ship's vibrations.

"With the industry starting to use batteries more and more, and fuel cells becoming a viable option, we fully expect the Onboard DC Grid to gain further traction."

ABB Marine and Ports Onboard DC Grid Global product manager Olav Lindtjørn said: “Energy storage can be used for many purposes on-board.

"Sometimes it serves as the sole energy source, but for this windfarm vessel it is being deployed as an effective supporting element for the main engine.”

The Louis Dreyfus Armateurs ship has been designed by Salt Ship Design and will be built by Cemre Shipyard in Turkey. It will be able to accommodate 90 personnel.

The vessel will operate on four windfarms off the coast of Germany to assist in the maintenance of the facilities' turbines.
